I always wanted to be a Cop when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a good idea. As it turns out, they were wrong.
My friends and I built a hut during Christmas vacation when I was in 8th grade. That hut was where we grew up into young adults, it was there for several years.
There was the time in 8th grade when several of us moved the Gym teacher's(Mr. Wood) car from the parking lot ...Expand for more
up onto porch at the jr high school.
When I was in the 8th grade I won the Ford Punt, Pass and Kick competetion for Muskegon County. I was second the year before.
I think if I could have a do over I would definately get a college degree or at least try much harder to get it.
My first job was at GarLin's Grocery, where I got paid $.85 an hour to stock shelves. What I remember most about it is why they call a job a job..
I will always remember the day when a couple of friends and I were riding our bikes and the tow of them rode ahead and I heard a terrible sound of screaching tires. When I got to the scene my best friend was laying under the front of a car. I thought he was dead. He did recover after several months but he was never the same again.
